Nothing says I love you like hiring yourself a professional mentor to make sure you arrive at where you want to be. As women we aren’t meant to walk this earth alone. By design we function better in community and with support, that’s called being human and it is most definitely a soulful characteristic of the sisterhood. I’ve been coaching and mentoring women for almost 20 years, focusing on the intertwining of health, relationships and living a life of meaning. I specifically mentor women through transformational moments within their own lives and as change makers creating wildly transformative impact on the world we live in.

The BIG difference with the mentorship I offer, is that together we will let go of the outdated patriarchal means of making change, saying no to the pushing through and ‘manning up’ approaches, and instead unearth your innate feminine wisdom to help you flow through life, transforming with ease and grace in all the ways that you desire.

Why do I offer mentorship and not just coaching you might ask? Because I believe it’s important to have support from women who have walked the path before us. And whilst I may not have changed my life in all the ways you want to, I have made wild and radical transformations over and over again so that I can continue to live this one wild and precious life aligned with my heart’s deepest desires and innermost calling.

I continue to be guided by the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga and our time together will include elements of these sisters sciences as you tune more deeply into your own inner knowing and heart wisdom to guide you on your path towards a glorious life.
